Anne has more than 14 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) industry. She is a CCIM and loves the broad array of hands on and analytic tasks CRE has to offer. She started in 2006 in Commercial property and construction management in Bend. Since then, she has dipped her toe into commercial appraisal, has 8 years in public CRE, and is well versed in management, leasing and development on both small and large projects. She understands and has experienced CRE from the landlord, developer, tenant and investor perspectives and clients appreciate her knowledgeable and calm expertise. 

Anne started the CRE division at Copper West in 2021 and concentrates her energies on helping businesses and investors with Commercial Real Estate needs in the Columbia Gorge. Anne excels at solving complex CRE issues and equally enjoys both sales and leasing.
