Born and raised in the Hood River Valley, Phineas experienced firsthand the challenges of rising home prices, leading him to buy his first home in The Dalles. This move turned out to be one of the best decisions he ever made and shaped his career in Real Estate. It helped him realize that every part of this beautiful region has something unique to offer. The Columbia River Gorge is filled with hidden gems, each with its own character, and all within an hour or less of the activities he loves—from backcountry snow on Mt. Hood, to wing foiling on the Columbia River, to foraging mushrooms with his wife and dog in the Gifford Pinchot National Forest.
